The first part summarizes initial theoretical knowledge needed to work out the business plan. The practical part analyzes the environment, and describes a specific business plan processing - suggests possibilities for funding and evaluates the best option.

This bachelor paper deals with establishing a company which has no parallel in the town where I am going to implement the project. The topic deals with establishing a company for leisure activities, a market analysis and possible return of investment. It contains finding possible ways how to finance the project by European Funds and in the case of failing in gaining the grant it contains gaining different financial tools for implementing this project.

Economic and Financial Impacts of Investment Project on Public Investor

The aim of the master‘s thesis is to evaluate the economic and financial impacts of the investment project on the public sector. It is defined the financial management of the investor – the village Ludkovice – for the assessing of the impacts. Selected project is the construction of a sports complex in Ludkovice. Outputs are determined by using eCBA application that uses method of Cost Benefit Analysis. The thesis connects together theoretical knowledge of evaluation economic indicators such as Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return and Profitability Index and use this calculations to evaluate the overall effectiveness of investment and the possibility of financing in practice.

Economic Evaluation of Investment in the Insulation of a Block of Flats in Bytča

The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the economic efficiency of the investment in the complete insulation of a reference panel apartment building located in Bytča. The issue of the ETICS external contact system, the energy performance of the building, its thermal protection and the possibilities of financing and evaluation of the economic efficiency of the investment in question are approached in this thesis. The output of the diploma thesis will be an evaluation of the current state of the reference building, with a propper proposal for a thermal insulation. The optimal thermal insulation option and the financial provision of the investment will be selected based on economic efficiency indicators.

The bachelor’s thesis deals with the financing of fixed assets. The theoretical part define individual funding opportunities: from its own resources, credit and leasing. In the practical part, these options are applied to the company for which the thesis processed. Financing options are presented based on actual data from individual institutions set up these options. Conclusion of this work is to evaluate all the options and recommendations of the most suitable solutions.

The Funding of a public order from the perspective of a contractor

This thesis deals with funding of contract from the point of view of contractor. It describes the possibility of financing the building both from the internal and external sources. All conditions that had to be met to win the contract will be explained on a real situation and the way and development of financing the contract will be described as well. The goal of the thesis is to define and suggest all possible changes in funding of the agreed contract from the contractor´s point of view.

The bachelor´s thesis is focused on forms of financing the acquisition of fixed assets. The first part of this thesis deals with the theory, it is a general characterization of the fixed assets and the options for their financing. In the second part I work with real data of the ABC Company, Ltd., which are important for the assessment of their financial situation. Subsequently, according to the findings suggest a selection of the best alternatives of financing the acquisition of assets.

Decision Making about a Method of Purchase of Fixed Assets in a Company

The bachelor’s thesis deals with the question which sources of financing would be the most efficient for the respective company when buying the necessary equipment. It deals also with the product analysis of leasing companies and banks, especially with the financial leasing and loans for fixed assets. The core of this work is to find an optimal variation of external financing, based on the performed analysis evaluation of the particular products, which would respects the criteria set by a company.
